Tony & Blue Maple were excellent hosts! They were responsive, friendly, informative, helpful, and kind. The cottage was darling and cozy, with everything needed for a pleasant stay in Harpers Ferry. Very walkable to the restaurants and shops in the heart of downtown. I appreciated how great they were to keep me updated and send quick replies with any questions. Grateful for this pleasant stay!

My husband, dog and I stayed 2 nights. The directions were clear and made arrival a breeze. The cozy cabin was very welcoming and we enjoyed watching the resident pileated woodpecker. The fire pit and hot tub were enjoyable.

Overall, a great stay. Tony was very communicative, and the property was exactly as advertised. One thing to note is that the oven only worked on the broil setting, so keep that in mind if you plan to cook. The place could have been a bit cleaner - it seemed like it only had a quick sweep - but the hot tub and sheets were clean, which mattered most to me. One small suggestion would be to add a clothes drying rack for bathing suits. I would recommend this place and would stay again!

First off, all of the information beforehand was incredibly helpful. Any time I had a question, Tony replied within a reasonable amount of time. The cabin is not difficult to find. Maps takes you right to the location. You do drive down a dirt road for a few miles, but nothing incredibly steep. We drove in snow and rain with no issues. The pictures and description don’t do the place justice. Upon entering, we immediately felt at home. The house is staged beautifully. The furniture is both fashionable AND comfortable. We tried pretty much every amenity the cabin had to offer. Everything worked as expected and the given instructions were all we needed. Originally, we’d planned to do some things in the area, but weather had other plans. We grabbed groceries on the way in, and my husband and I spent 3 days in the cabin with no desire to leave. Want to relax? Watch the horizon in the hot tub. Play? Game room. Chill? Cinema room. There’s something for any mood.

This place was amazing!! Been gushing about it to my friends and family, showing them a bunch of pics, etc. They’re all jealous and want to book a stay themselves! Did a hike in the morning before check in, then hung out all afternoon and night. Played games, dipped in the hot tub, made a fire, cooked, and looked at the beautiful view and stars. Would definitely come back again.

The cabin was beautiful and fit our large group well. They were extremely detail oriented and I was pleasantly surprised they even had lots of Tupperware for leftovers. This is something most airbnbs overlook. Would definitely recommend!

This place was perfect for a small getaway! It's not too far from the city, but it's secluded from civilization! The house was warm, cozy, and inviting. My dog also loved the area, which was full of walking trails! I would definitely come back here again!

Such a cute, quiet little getaway! The area is peaceful and relaxing—perfect if you’re looking to unplug a bit. Service in the area can be a little spotty, but the WiFi at the Airbnb worked great. Friday night brought some really strong winds, which felt a little uneasy at first, but everything turned out completely fine. We were especially thankful for the pellet stove—it kept the space cozy when temperatures dropped. The heated bed was such a nice touch, too! Tony was great, very responsive and available anytime we had questions, which made the stay even better. We also had an amazing local experience—picked up steaks from a nearby butcher and had one of the best hamburgers I’ve ever had at The Farmer’s Daughter. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation! Overall, it was a fun, cozy little weekend.

Wonderful stay and lots of precious family memories made. The location was ideal, super peaceful with lots of beautiful sights on the doorstep ready to explore. The cabin itself was clean, spacious and had everything we needed from kitchen equipment to family games. We spent lots of time around the fire pit sharing ghost stories and toasting marshmallows followed by numerous game of Uno. Tony was very responsive and friendly. Check in was super easy, with lots of helpful information included in the manual. We would gladly stay again and will be recommending to friends heading out for a Shenandoah adventure!
