We stayed here because our original reserved cabin had an issue. That one was waterfront, which we were really looking forward to, however Tony set us up here instead and it was a very nice place. It changed the tone of our little getaway, however it was the best possible solution and he didn’t hesitate on coming and difference in price.

A great place for our weekend with a few families. The home was beautiful, well equipped and spacious for our families including little ones. The porch and hot tub were a great addition! We loved access to the Woods Resort (which was super easy to use) and hiking.
The cleaners were still there when we arrived 45 minutes after check in was available. Tony offered us a delayed checkout. We were grateful for that, though were not used to having to typically pay extra for early arrival or late checkout. Still a kind gesture.
One thing to note is that the two bedrooms next to each other were extremely warm and one was cold at night. So that made it a little tricky. The fans and cracking a window helped.
Overall, definitely recommend for groups or families.

Absolutely stunning!! The house was perfect for my group of friends and I, don’t even get me started on that hot tub. This is the perfect house to those who want peace and quiet. The house also provides plenty of card/board games. Tony also did a great job on communicating. Such a spacious and cozy house!

This is such a beautiful place, and the pictures don’t do it justice. It offers a lot of privacy and plenty of space between neighbors. It is very spacious with plenty of places to sleep. The mattresses are extra firm, and the couch is extremely comfortable. This place is very clean and well kept. The hot tub is easy to operate, and the fireplace is a beautiful touch. The host responds swiftly with recommendations and is very accommodating. I recommend this place for a getaway. I would stay here again.

What an amazing place to spend time after Christmas. Tony was amazing and checked in several times. When we pulled up I thought we were just in a neighborhood, but when I entered the cabin, the wooded views were amazing. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom reading and doing puzzles and used the hot tub every day. Hands down my favorite place I’ve stayed and can’t wait to return.

We had a great stay in WV at this air bnb! Overall a great experience with a responsive host. The neighborhood was amazing with 3 pools to access and great amenities. House has AC even though the listing says it doesn’t. Only a few issues like the WiFi didn’t work but host reimbursed us for the inconvenience! Overall great experience!

Very nice accommodations, easy to find and quiet. Beds were comfortable and I enjoyed all the little extras. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

The house was great. They had everything we needed and felt right at home. There is a strong mildew smell throughout the whole house, which caused allergy issues. Otherwise, it was a great stay and would recommend to anyone who isn’t affected by pollen or mold.

The “Wily Squirrel” was a joy to visit. Surrounded by woods in a peaceful area made our small Easter gathering a perfect place for a family with two little ones. The hot tub, fire pit on deck, sun room, and expansive living rooms spaces were wonderful for playing and catching up. We also enjoyed a nearby golf course and “Sportcenter” filled with a pool/hot tub, basketball court, and exercise room that our family took advantage of. The only downsides of our trip: kitchen only had 1 dishwasher tab as we washed a lot of dishes during our 4 day stay so had to buy more. The master bathroom trash was not taken out causing an unpleasant smell upon arrival. Other than that, would stay again! Thanks Tony for making it a fun Easter getaway.

Great place! Me and my 5 brothers met up here for a few days to catch up as we’re spread all over the country. We spent most of our time on the deck and the screened in covered porch was the perfect spot to play poker and hang out even during some rain. We went into Berkeley springs a couple times to eat and check out some local shops. We hoped to get to the sports center a min down the road but never made it. Had a blast and Tony was a great host.
