Spacious Living & Thoughtful Design
Step inside to a two-story living area where tall windows frame the surrounding woods, filling the space with natural light. Cozy up by the fireplace on cool evenings, soak in the private hot tub under the stars, or gather for movie nights and game marathons. The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere — perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining
-The large kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain:
-Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher)
-Coffee maker, griddle & food processor
-Plenty of pots, pans, glassware, and dinnerware
-Enjoy meals together at the indoor dining table or outside on the screened porch.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Flexible Spaces
-Main floor bedroom (Queen Bed): Direct access to the screened-in porch and plenty of storage for longer stays. Toddler/baby gear (pack-’n-play and mattress) is stored in the closet.
-Loft bedroom (Queen Bed & Sofa Bed): A cozy sleeping area with its own sitting nook featuring a sleep sofa and a Chinese screen for added privacy, plus a TV and a desk — ideal for remote work or last-minute homework.
-Both TVs are equipped with a Fire Stick to access Disney/Netflix/Amazon Prime streaming services.

Full Bathrooms on both upper and lower levels for added convenience.

Additional Sleeping Accommodations
-To make group stays even more comfortable, the cabin also includes:
-Two inflatable queen mattresses for extra guests
-Extra comforters and bedding to keep everyone cozy
-Toddler and baby gear provided, including a Pack ’n Play and extra mattress.

1. Sleepy Creek Lake (distance from house - 30 mins): a peaceful 205-acre lake tucked inside Sleepy Creek Wildlife Management Area. Guests can enjoy boating, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing in a quiet natural setting.

Berkeley Springs Brewing Company (distance from house - 20 mins): After a day of exploring, relax at Berkeley Springs Brewing Company, where you can sample craft beer made right in the area and listen to live music. It’s a cozy spot to unwind and chat with locals and the best part is you can walk back to the chalet from there!

3. Berkeley Springs State Park (distance from house - 20 mins): One of the most famous attractions in the area. Known for its natural warm springs, the park features historic bathhouses where you can relax in mineral-rich waters. The park also has lovely walking paths, a gazebo, and a beautiful pond.

4. Cacapon Resort State Park (distance from house - 20 mins): Hiking, picnicking, and stunning views of the Appalachian Mountains. It’s an excellent place for outdoor activities like hiking, golf, and wildlife watching. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat, the park’s Cacapon Mountain trail provides an excellent hike with panoramic views.
