Sleeping arrangements
The main‑level bedroom offers a king bed with an en‑suite shower bath, providing a private retreat after a day on the trails. Upstairs in the loft you’ll find a queen bed and a futon, perfect for kids or extra guests, with ceiling fans and separate temperature controls for added comfort.

Bathrooms
Two full baths serve the home. The master en‑suite features a walk‑in shower, while the second bathroom on the main floor includes a tub and shower combination, both stocked with fresh towels and basic toiletries.

Kitchen & dining
A fully stocked kitchen includes a new double‑door fridge with ice maker and water filter, a new dishwasher, electric oven and stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, Brita filter, and ample counter space. The adjacent dining area provides plenty of seating for family meals or board games.

Living space
Gather around the wood‑burning stove, stream your favorite shows on the 40‑inch Amazon Fire TV, or work from the comfortable sofa with high‑speed Comcast Wi‑Fi. Electric baseboard heat and ceiling fans keep the interior at just the right temperature throughout the seasons.

Outdoor living
The wraparound porch wraps you in mountain views, while the hot tub, powered by a dedicated electric line, offers reliable heating for soothing evenings. A propane grill with infrared heat and patio furniture make outdoor dining effortless, and two propane deck heaters keep you warm on cooler nights. Pet Policy
We’re happy to welcome dogs to join you on your getaway! Please note that due to allergies, we’re unable to accommodate cats. A $29 pet fee applies per furry friend, per night to help cover additional cleaning and care. Thanks for understanding—we look forward to hosting you and your pup!

Longer Stays
For stays of 14 nights or longer, guests will be asked to e-sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. This agreement helps us comply with local requirements while protecting the property, and will be sent in advance for review.
