My boyfriend and I were looking for a peaceful getaway to celebrate our birthdays, and it was exactly what we got! Unfortunately jet lag got the best of us, so we didn’t get to explore as much as we wanted but the nearby winery and brewing company were fantastic. The cabin was beautiful, we loved the hot tub and relaxing in the peaceful woods! Tony was amazing, very friendly and communicative! Highly recommend both the cabin and booking with Tony at any of his locations. Thank you Tony for a making our getaway wonderful!

This place was absolutely amazing. It was the most peaceful place I’ve been to in a while. My family and I especially enjoyed the number of stars we were able to enjoy while being in the hot tub (which was also amazing). They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, and we can’t wait to come back!!

I absolutely loved the time I got to spend at this cabin. It was just as described/pictured, easy to access, and so peaceful. It’s somewhat far from restaurants/things to do, but that was what my partner and I were looking for as we wanted to relax, stargaze, and cook at the cabin. I would absolutely go back! Thank you!

This cabin was really enjoyable. The location was awesome and private. I’ve never been to a place in the woods that was so quiet! Tony was very involved and responsive. There was a few things we made suggestions to improve for future renters and Tony was receptive to our recommendations. 😊

Had a lovely stay at the cabin and hope to come back again! Loved the hot tub and how quiet it was out there, there’s only one other cabin in eyesight and it looks like they’re finishing building it. The kayaks were fun too, but we had to strap them to our roof rack to get them to the river. The map showed a creek feeding into the river close by but it was dried up during our stay. Stocked with essentials, nice kitchen and propane grill.

tony’s place was excellent for my wife and i’s first vaca. it had plenty to do the private access to the river was cool and the games/hot tub was definitely the vibe at the cabin. Dishes could have been a tad cleaner but overall 10/10 for the stay and for the extremely attentive and responsive host thank you tony for the hospitality and we will be booking again 😆

This is a great stay, we loved the recreation area that comes with the rental. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. The cabin comes with lots of things to do. Super quiet area we only saw one other person the entire trip. We will be returning.

This was a great destination for a short girls weekend. Tony was very easy to reach and responsive, although we had zero issues. The place was clean and neat. Hot tub was spotless. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in the shower was great. We’ve had issues in these regards with other rentals and so I always try to include these details in reviews. This is a great, private little spot to get away. No neighbors in sight. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! Cabin is very very private and nestled away from everything. Host was VERY responsive with all questions we had. Place was very cute and loved the decorating style! Kitchen and bathroom were very clean! Hot tub was nice to use too! One night was not enough here to truly enjoy all the amenities the cabin offers.
I’d add is there is no cell phone reception in the area until connected to the Wifi – so just a heads up.
Overall we recommend this place definitely!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was amazingly beautiful and so peaceful. There are nearby hiking trails and stunning overlooks. Tony was so responsive anytime we had a question both before and during our stay. We highly recommend this spot with this host. We’d love to stay again in the future!

Overall nice place and we would stay there again when we come back. Would have liked soap in the shower as I had expected most amenities to be provided. Moved hand soap from kitchen into shower to compensate. Also, maybe a couple more towels would be great as we’d use a couple for hot tub and a couple for showers or even to wipe off dog or floors if raining and muddy. Not critical, but would have been nice and none of this would preclude us from using this place again in the future. Overall really good experience. Thank you.

Cozy, neat and clean cabin as advertised. The surroundings were less ideal than expected, there was a surprisingly large amount of construction happening around the property that led to lots of through traffic and noise. We also had a negative interaction with the neighbor. Aside from that, the outdoors were also good, and the deck was a big plus with comfortable chairs and the hot tub.

my family and I had a great time! The hot tub was nice!!! there were just a few minor things that could be addressed, possibly new pots and pans,a new mattress or a board for the bed it sags a good bit in the middle. Maybe even a good wipe down to the walls, there was some construction like work next to the cabin but it wasn’t terrible. All in All it was a great little vacation for all of us! Will definitely try to go back!

Tony’s home was perfect! It’s a lot bigger then what the photos show. It’s very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of biking on the Western Maryland Rail Trail. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Felt like home away from home.

The place was very cool! Remote enough to be private but close enough to towns and things to do. Hot tub was great! Layout of the space was good for hanging out.
If you are planning on cooking your meals here bring all your own supplies. The pots/pans were rough but then every other plate, bowl, or cup we pulled out was gross. Either sticky or dirty or wet. We had to re wash everything we used before we even used it.
Also, don’t plan on using the sofa bed. It’s beat up and dusty like any sofa bed would be, but there is also a big blood stain on it in the middle. That was very gross.
Overall it was a positive experience. I wouldn’t come back here but I don’t regret booking this stay.

Nice secluded area about 20 min from Berkeley Springs. Loved the hot tub and being able to bring our dogs. Unfortunately the wood stove is only decorative. The cabin is nice but really needs new furniture and a deep cleaning to justify the price…

We wanted a romantic getaway to Berkeley Springs and Tony’s place delivered! It was secluded without being too remote, the house was neat and tidy, and the hot tub was super clean and relaxing! We cooked dinner in the kitchen, which was stocked with lots of utensils, pots, and pans, and the basics like coffee, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
It was very cozy and quiet, I’d recommend this cabin for a weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was secluded and peaceful. The kids enjoyed going to Berkeley Springs everday and getting in the water. Loved that it was dog friendly and had a hot tub. They were logging a stone’s throw away from the cabin, but not a big deal. The only thing I would do differently – come prepared for the gnats! There was no escaping them in October, inside or outside. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!

It was a nice stay. The place wasn’t squeaky clean, but overall pretty well kept. We did have one mouse inside, but to be expected in the middle of the woods. The hot tub had way too much chlorine, it was almost unbearable. We asked twice for a late check out and the only response was let me check. They never officially gave us an answer. Overall great stay. Nice area with plenty to do.

We LOVED this cabin! It was a last minute choice of taking my son away before school started. We went fishing down the private lane, which was perfect! It was secluded and private. We locked ourselves out one day & Tony was wonderful with communicating on a back up plan! We will definitely be back for a longer visit!

Tony’s cabin was beautiful! We loved everything about it. It wasn’t the cleanest I’ve ever seen, however I had some of my own Lysol wipes and cleaned up the bathroom and continued unpacking our items. Beds were extremely comfortable, the decorations of the place are homey. I will say if you have a family of 6 you can’t sit all together and eat dinner together, but again it didn’t throw any kind of wrench in our vacation, and it was secretly kind of nice to have younger and older kids separated while eating lol. The hot tub was perfect, the rec area was secluded and relaxing. Definitely recommend visiting! Also plan to check out his other listings!

We spend 4th of July weekend at Tony’s place.
The cabin is very cute. It has everything that you need.
The outdoor area was great for our dogs.
We enjoyed the hot tub. The fire pit and the bbq.
Tony was always very responsive and will answer any questions that you might have in a timely manner.
He suggested things to do in the nearby town.
Just make sure you read the instructions before you get there. There’s not cell service.
Will definitely be back.

The cabin was extremely clean. Private and very quiet area. Easy to find with the directions provided. The hot tub was wonderful. We were able to find the river access easily, our crew cab truck went back the little road without any issues. Our dogs loved swimming and playing. We were able to have a fire in the pit each night, which kept the gnats and mosquitos away. We made use of the grill each evening too. The beds were very cozy. All linens were spotless. Roku TV was great. WiFi worked well. Tony messaged to make sure we arrived okay, and sent out a reminder text for checking out on time. Hearing from the host and having such a quick response from him is simply unheard of these days. Excellent customer service! We loved everything about our stay!

We overall had a very nice time staying at this cabin. The location is beautiful, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the deck/chairs/games were very appreciated. We’re leaving 5 stars because ultimately nothing was a real problem, and the host was very responsive and probably would have addressed any real problems.
However, we will note that the cabin wasn’t very well cleaned (separate from normal wear and tear on an older location – think dust buildup on shades, minor food residue on cabinets), which left us feeling like the cabin (which, again, was a lovely stay) was priced a bit high for what it was.
We also want to note that, in order to access the manual for this cabin, which includes the access code and presumably wifi info, the host requires you to fill out a form including your personal email and home address, which doesn’t feel great. We didn’t do this, and luckily the host texted the access code, but we would have been out of luck as there’s no cell coverage.

This cabin is great for a peaceful getaway. It’s tucked off the beaten path but close enough to Berkeley Springs and other attractions. The cabin was very clean including the hot tub and grill. Checking in was very easy. The host was very responsive. Having river access was awesome. Take some chairs down to the little beac, have a swim, and hang out. The river was the highlight of our trip.

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this cabin. Tony was helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We didn’t end up taking our dog because of all the rain but we loved that it was dog friendly. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It felt very private. There are tons of things to do just a half hour drive down the mountain. I highly recommend checking out the spa! The only thing I didn’t like, was the bridge to get there, lol!

We have rented from Tony before and his hospitality and communication are stellar. The cabin was cozy and secluded. We enjoyed the HT and the many games left at the property for our use. Lots for the kids to do right at the cabin or across the way in the stream AND then we could all go down to the private access on the Cacapon River. Not even the drizzly rain could dampen our time! Sooooo secluded! If you’re looking for a place to unwind, this is it. It had everything we wanted- a wonderful hot tub, fire pit, super comfy beds and couches, and Tony also has a well stocked kitchen and game bins. WiFi works great, which is good because there’s not a lot of cell coverage in the mountains. Great hikes are 20-30 min in several directions. Tony was a great host- super responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

⭐️ READ THE MANUAL BEFORE YOU HEAD TO TONY’S CABIN.⭐️ Tony’s was very communicative and responsive. Very secluded place in the woods! We couldn’t enjoy the fire pit because it was too windy and that was one of the things we were looking forward to! You cannot use the fire pit until after 5pm around this time of year but overall we had a few days of relaxation and enjoyed the cold weather, the woods and driving through the mountains was very cool. We played all the games provided at the house. It was so much fun! They also have a leash for your pet so you can let him hang out for a bit outside which it was a plus 🙂 Definitely a good spot for the entire family and the dog! Summer must be amazing up here !!!

Couldn’t be happier with the clear communication and support from the host. I love talking to the owner and not some apathetic management company. Tony even reached out and let us know we could check in early if we wanted. We were so happy to find a place we could bring our dogs as well. And to that point, minus a little carpet damage from a nervous pup, you wouldn’t be able to tell dogs frequent the place. The area is awesome if you don’t require ridiculously fancy restaurants and phone service. Wifi keeps you connected if needed. Neighbors are far enough for privacy and there are plenty of outdoor activities. The owner provided lots of games and two kayaks as well. (We didn’t use them this time). Hot tub was clean too. We definitely hope to come back during the warmer months.

The cabin was so peaceful and gave us a perfect getaway with our pup. The hot tub was amazing during the chilly temperatures and there was plenty of room for our dog to roam around with the long leash provided! We had the evenings to just sit and relax, watch movies, and enjoy the quiet. Tony checked in to make sure our needs were met and got back to us quickly with recommendations for local shops. Definitely would recommend!!! 🙂

The cabin is in a very quiet and private place. You can barely see the neighbors even when the leaves are down. The drive back and forth to Berkeley Springs wasn’t bad. It would be awful getting to the cabin in winter though.
Considering “Tony” has 49 other properties, I expected the place to be more updated and cleaner. Automated communication is helpful if you require it.
Perfect if you’re looking for a rustic and secluded place to stay.

The house was clean, cozy, and had plenty of fun activities inside to get us off our phones and playing games. The area is beautiful and our dog loved the wooded lot. Thanks for a great stay!

Really enjoyed my stay at Tony’s. The location was perfect for getting away, accessing Berkeley Springs, and hiking trails. Appreciated the amenities-things I needed to cook dinner, hot tub, tv/wifi, and dog friendly! I also appreciated not having cell reception, because it helped me to unplug. Want to come back when I can use the kayaks!

We planned this girls trip after staying at another of Tony’s properties and having a great time and this place was even better. Great set up for some grilling, game night, hot tub, and little campfire. We also took advantage of the river access down the road, super easy to find and we had it to ourselves. Water was too low this time of year to kayak but was perfect for swimming around the rocks. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable.

Such a great place! We were looking for a 3 day getaway that wasn’t too far from home. I started looking at random places and came across Tony’s cabin. It was perfect for us, especially being dog friendly. The hot tub was clean & easy to use. Sadly we took my car so I wasn’t able to transport kayaks to the water but next time we will bring the truck. We did lose internet our 2nd day, which made it difficult to leave the cabin since you cannot use gps until you’re pretty far away. Thankfully we knew our way to town. Once we got service, we used our map to find our destination. But be sure you download the house manual before you leave. There won’t be any service so you wont be able to find your key code or password for wifi. We definitely will be returning!

Tony was very friendly and responsive! All in all the cabin is as described and the deck and hot tub were nice. Fairly dusty inside (TV stand, fake plants, fans, baseboards, etc.) and could use some updating, but for a rustic cabin in the woods it’s a cute little place!

We love the quiet. The views from the porch. The river nearby (and access to water flotation devices). The ease to drive downtown once we knew it was basically 2 turns 😉 But everything was easy to find and it's obvious that a lot of care went into the space.
Negative:
We kept stubbing our toes on the wood stove platform lol. Maybe add some kind of protective corners? Or a different color than the floor?

Green Rabbit is well secluded in the woods, just what our family was looking for before school starts. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful. Having easy access to the river for tubing, fishing, and kayaking was perfect! . However, the kayaks are not stored at the river as the description states. Be prepared to have a means to transport them if you want to use them. While there was plenty of sleeping space for at least six, there was not seating space or eating space. The couch only really fits three people and the chairs at the window table and kitchen counter are too high to put your legs under and pull up to them to eat.

I will come back next year for the hot tub and the tranquility. Some of the fit and finishes could be fixed-oven handle broken, carpet had a hole in it, screen was out of the screen door. But it is truly a cabin in the woods!

My husband and I, and our two daughters and their two best friends had a wonderful time at the cabin for five nights. Such a pleasant get away. Dinner on the grill, hot tub, great movies , stunningly, beautiful water, access to a gorgeous stream/ River where we could kayak, fish , swim all day. Fast internet inside the cabin. Extremely relaxing and a great way to recharge our batteries. The closest store is about 10 minutes down the road. There is no phone service outside the house. We stayed daily down at the creek, playing and relaxing, and we spent one rainy afternoon in the hot tub. Tony was a great host . very responsive. We did gas up the trucks because I think the closest gas station is probably 25 minutes out. Perfect getaway.

The place was secluded in the woods in the Great Cacapon with close access to plenty of outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking) but with modern amenities and also proximate to Berkeley Springs (local attraction with cute restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and the spa). The cabin itself also has enough entertainment that you could spend the entire day lounging at home (TV, wifi, board games, hot tub, firepit, badminton, outdoor grill). It’s about 25-30 minutes to the nearest grocery store, so we ended up purchasing basic grocery items on our way there since we planned to cook. Otherwise, the place comes stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Tony had a clear house manual that was provided to us after we booked the place and made himself easy available when we had questions. There’s something for everyone in this cabin and I highly recommend this place.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a peaceful getaway to celebrate our birthdays, and it was exactly what we got! Unfortunately jet lag got the best of us, so we didn’t get to explore as much as we wanted but the nearby winery and brewing company were fantastic. The cabin was beautiful, we loved the hot tub and relaxing in the peaceful woods! Tony was amazing, very friendly and communicative! This place was absolutely amazing. It was the most peaceful place I've been to in a while. My family and I especially enjoyed the number of stars we were able to enjoy while being in the hot tub (which was also amazing). Had a lovely stay at the cabin and hope to come back again! Loved the hot tub and how quiet it was out there, there’s only one other cabin in eyesight and it looks like they’re finishing building it. The kayaks were fun too, but we had to strap them to our roof rack to get them to the river. The map showed a creek feeding into the river close by but it was dried up during our stay. Stocked with essentials, nice kitchen and propane grill.

This was a great destination for a short girls weekend. Tony was very easy to reach and responsive, although we had zero issues. The place was clean and neat. Hot tub was spotless. We really enjoyed our stay! Cabin is very very private and nestled away from everything. Host was VERY responsive with all questions we had. Place was very cute and loved the decorating style! Kitchen and bathroom were very clean! Hot tub was nice to use too! One night was not enough here to truly enjoy all the amenities the cabin offers.
I'd add is there is no cell phone reception in the area until connected to the Wifi - so just a heads up.
Overall we recommend this place definitely!

While the secluded, tree-filled location was beautiful and the host's communication was clear, I wouldn't book again due to significant cleanliness issues – finding previous guests' belongings and dirty mugs upon our late arrival with a baby was unsettling and made us question the thoroughness of cleaning, especially given the strict checkout time and offered late checkout for a fee; also, the advertised river access was misleading as it required a drive or long walk, and the nearby construction, though quiet during our stay, is worth noting.

Overall nice place and we would stay there again when we come back. Would have liked soap in the shower as I had expected most amenities to be provided. Moved hand soap from kitchen into shower to compensate. Also, maybe a couple more towels would be great as we’d use a couple for hot tub and a couple for showers or even to wipe off dog or floors if raining and muddy. Not critical, but would have been nice and none of this would preclude us from using this place again in the future. Overall really good experience. Thank you.

Cozy, neat and clean cabin as advertised. The surroundings were less ideal than expected, there was a surprisingly large amount of construction happening around the property that led to lots of through traffic and noise. We also had a negative interaction with the neighbor. Aside from that, the outdoors were also good, and the deck was a big plus with comfortable chairs and the hot tub.

The hot tub was nice!!! there were just a few minor things that could be addressed, possibly new pots and pans,a new mattress or a board for the bed it sags a good bit in the middle. Maybe even a good wipe down to the walls, there was some construction like work next to the cabin but it wasn't terrible. All in All it was a great little vacation for all of us! Will definitely try to go back!

The place was very cool! Remote enough to be private but close enough to towns and things to do. Hot tub was great! Layout of the space was good for hanging out.
If you are planning on cooking your meals here bring all your own supplies. The pots/pans were rough but then every other plate, bowl, or cup we pulled out was gross. Either sticky or dirty or wet. We had to re wash everything we used before we even used it.
Also, don't plan on using the sofa bed. It's beat up and dusty like any sofa bed would be, but there is also a big blood stain on it in the middle. That was very gross.
Overall it was a positive experience. I wouldn't come back here but I don't regret booking this stay.

Be weary of booking! Tony seemed to be great but last minute on the day we were leaving Tony Cancelled on us without giving great reasons besides access being limited. He did not message me until 11am the day of our check in. It was one thing to cancel, but he refused to issue a refund when he cancelled on us. I had to work with AIRBNB Customer service for a while in order to get our full refund on the day of my wife’s and I weekend away while also finding another place.

We wanted a romantic getaway to Berkeley Springs and Tony’s place delivered! It was secluded without being too remote, the house was neat and tidy, and the hot tub was super clean and relaxing! We cooked dinner in the kitchen, which was stocked with lots of utensils, pots, and pans, and the basics like coffee, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
It was very cozy and quiet, I’d recommend this cabin for a weekend getaway.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was secluded and peaceful. The kids enjoyed going to Berkeley Springs everday and getting in the water. Loved that it was dog friendly and had a hot tub. They were logging a stone's throw away from the cabin, but not a big deal. The only thing I would do differently - come prepared for the gnats! There was no escaping them in October, inside or outside. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend!

The hot tub had way too much chlorine, it was almost unbearable. We asked twice for a late check out and the only response was let me check. They never officially gave us an answer. Tony’s cabin was beautiful! We loved everything about it. It wasn’t the cleanest I’ve ever seen, however I had some of my own Lysol wipes and cleaned up the bathroom and continued unpacking our items. Beds were extremely comfortable, the decorations of the place are homey. I will say if you have a family of 6 you can’t sit all together and eat dinner together, but again it didn’t throw any kind of wrench in our vacation, and it was secretly kind of nice to have younger and older kids separated while eating lol. The hot tub was perfect, the rec area was secluded and relaxing. Definitely recommend visiting! Also plan to check out his other listings!

The cabin was extremely clean. Private and very quiet area. Easy to find with the directions provided. The hot tub was wonderful. We were able to find the river access easily, our crew cab truck went back the little road without any issues. Our dogs loved swimming and playing. We were able to have a fire in the pit each night, which kept the gnats and mosquitos away. We made use of the grill each evening too. The beds were very cozy. All linens were spotless. Roku TV was great. WiFi worked well. Tony messaged to make sure we arrived okay, and sent out a reminder text for checking out on time. Hearing from the host and having such a quick response from him is simply unheard of these days. Excellent customer service! We loved everything about our stay!

We overall had a very nice time staying at this cabin. The location is beautiful, the hot tub was clean and relaxing, and the deck/chairs/games were very appreciated. We're leaving 5 stars because ultimately nothing was a real problem, and the host was very responsive and probably would have addressed any real problems.
However, we will note that the cabin wasn't very well cleaned (separate from normal wear and tear on an older location - think dust buildup on shades, minor food residue on cabinets), which left us feeling like the cabin (which, again, was a lovely stay) was priced a bit high for what it was.
We also want to note that, in order to access the manual for this cabin, which includes the access code and presumably wifi info, the host requires you to fill out a form including your personal email and home address, which doesn't feel great. We didn't do this, and luckily the host texted the access code, but we would have been out of luck as there's no cell coverage.

This cabin is great for a peaceful getaway. It’s tucked off the beaten path but close enough to Berkeley Springs and other attractions. The cabin was very clean including the hot tub and grill. Checking in was very easy. The host was very responsive. Having river access was awesome. Take some chairs down to the little beac, have a swim, and hang out. The river was the highlight of our trip.

Sooooo secluded! If you’re looking for a place to unwind, this is it. It had everything we wanted- a wonderful hot tub, fire pit, super comfy beds and couches, and Tony also has a well stocked kitchen and game bins. WiFi works great, which is good because there’s not a lot of cell coverage in the mountains. Great hikes are 20-30 min in several directions. Tony was a great host- super responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

⭐️ READ THE MANUAL BEFORE YOU HEAD TO TONY’S CABIN.⭐️ Tony’s was very communicative and responsive. Very secluded place in the woods! We couldn’t enjoy the fire pit because it was too windy and that was one of the things we were looking forward to! You cannot use the fire pit until after 5pm around this time of year but overall we had a few days of relaxation and enjoyed the cold weather, the woods and driving through the mountains was very cool. We played all the games provided at the house. It was so much fun! They also have a leash for your pet so you can let him hang out for a bit outside which it was a plus 🙂 Definitely a good spot for the entire family and the dog! Summer must be amazing up here !!!

Couldn't be happier with the clear communication and support from the host. I love talking to the owner and not some apathetic management company. Tony even reached out and let us know we could check in early if we wanted. We were so happy to find a place we could bring our dogs as well. And to that point, minus a little carpet damage from a nervous pup, you wouldn’t be able to tell dogs frequent the place. The area is awesome if you don’t require ridiculously fancy restaurants and phone service. Wifi keeps you connected if needed. Neighbors are far enough for privacy and there are plenty of outdoor activities. The owner provided lots of games and two kayaks as well. (We didn't use them this time). Hot tub was clean too. We definitely hope to come back during the warmer months.

The cabin was so peaceful and gave us a perfect getaway with our pup. The hot tub was amazing during the chilly temperatures and there was plenty of room for our dog to roam around with the long leash provided! We had the evenings to just sit and relax, watch movies, and enjoy the quiet. Tony checked in to make sure our needs were met and got back to us quickly with recommendations for local shops. The cabin is in a very quiet and private place. You can barely see the neighbors even when the leaves are down. The drive back and forth to Berkeley Springs wasn't bad. It would be awful getting to the cabin in winter though.
Considering "Tony" has 49 other properties, I expected the place to be more updated and cleaner. Automated communication is helpful if you require it.
Perfect if you're looking for a rustic and secluded place to stay.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay at all. This place is so musty and dirty, all three of us got sinus infections including our 6 month old. Upon arrival the cabin was at 62 degrees only to find out that the wood burning fire place is not functional. There are baseboard heaters in each room but the one in the bunk bedroom (where we setup our daughter’s pack’n play) is located behind the bunk bed. The control knob is inaccessible to turn the heat on! After trying to turn the knob and get the room to finally reach 68 degrees the heater stopped working!!! All three of us and our dog got stuffed into one bedroom. Once communicated to the host, Tony simply apologized for the “inconvenience” rather than offering a solution. I asked for a late check out since the cabin looked available for our check out date both in Airbnb and Tony’s website only to hear “their cabins are so popular they cannot possibly let us stay any longer”. We left very early morning and definitely won’t be back.

We planned this girls trip after staying at another of Tony’s properties and having a great time and this place was even better. Great set up for some grilling, game night, hot tub, and little campfire. We also took advantage of the river access down the road, super easy to find and we had it to ourselves. Water was too low this time of year to kayak but was perfect for swimming around the rocks. Outdoor furniture was very comfortable.

Such a great place! We were looking for a 3 day getaway that wasn’t too far from home. I started looking at random places and came across Tony’s cabin. It was perfect for us, especially being dog friendly. The hot tub was clean & easy to use. Sadly we took my car so I wasn’t able to transport kayaks to the water but next time we will bring the truck. We did lose internet our 2nd day, which made it difficult to leave the cabin since you cannot use gps until you’re pretty far away. Thankfully we knew our way to town. Once we got service, we used our map to find our destination. But be sure you download the house manual before you leave. There won’t be any service so you wont be able to find your key code or password for wifi. We definitely will be returning!

Loved being nestled in the woods. Really cute place. We enjoyed the fire, the hot tub and the quiet.

Was a nice place to get away for a bit. House was a good mix of cabin feel and modern amenities. Very beautiful area and lots of privacy. Provided a much needed social recharge.

Green Rabbit is well secluded in the woods, just what our family was looking for before school starts. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful. Having easy access to the river for tubing, fishing, and kayaking was perfect! . However, the kayaks are not stored at the river as the description states. Be prepared to have a means to transport them if you want to use them. While there was plenty of sleeping space for at least six, there was not seating space or eating space. The couch only really fits three people and the chairs at the window table and kitchen counter are too high to put your legs under and pull up to them to eat.

I will come back next year for the hot tub and the tranquility. Some of the fit and finishes could be fixed-oven handle broken, carpet had a hole in it, screen was out of the screen door. But it is truly a cabin in the woods!

My husband and I, and our two daughters and their two best friends had a wonderful time at the cabin for five nights. Such a pleasant get away. Dinner on the grill, hot tub, great movies , stunningly, beautiful water, access to a gorgeous stream/ River where we could kayak, fish , swim all day. Fast internet inside the cabin. Extremely relaxing and a great way to recharge our batteries. The closest store is about 10 minutes down the road. There is no phone service outside the house. We stayed daily down at the creek, playing and relaxing, and we spent one rainy afternoon in the hot tub. Tony was a great host . very responsive. We did gas up the trucks because I think the closest gas station is probably 25 minutes out. Perfect getaway.

however, cabin wasn't very clean and lacked towels and toilet paper.

We had a wonderful mountain getaway at Tony’s place. The place was secluded in the woods in the Great Cacapon with close access to plenty of outdoor activities (kayaking, hiking) but with modern amenities and also proximate to Berkeley Springs (local attraction with cute restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and the spa). The cabin itself also has enough entertainment that you could spend the entire day lounging at home (TV, wifi, board games, hot tub, firepit, badminton, outdoor grill). It’s about 25-30 minutes to the nearest grocery store, so we ended up purchasing basic grocery items on our way there since we planned to cook. Otherwise, the place comes stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Tony had a clear house manual that was provided to us after we booked the place and made himself easy available when we had questions. There’s something for everyone in this cabin and I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay—super peaceful and relaxing! The cabin had everything we needed. Tony was quick to respond to any texts and also sent helpful and friendly reminders about checkout, and asked for feedback.

Great place! Quiet and Cozy. Be careful there’s no signal in the mountains, so have password in hand when approaching the mountains.
